A jury awarded two firefighters $596,000.00 in damages in a hostile work environment and retaliation claim brought by the Zeff Law Firm in Camden County Superior Court. The jury found that the City of Camden unlawfully subjected two Hispanic firefights, Samuel Munoz and Andres Nieves to a hostile work environment because of their ethnicity. The jury also found that the City retaliated against the two firefighters for making complaints about discrimination.
